Girl's Weekend

We had a nice time in Avila/Pismo and I got I have a big healthy bowl
of clam chowder from Splash Cafe on top of hanging out with my
youngest niece.

Newspaper

I have been getting the sf chronicle for about 4 years delivered to my
house. If I am being honest I haven't paid for it in the last two
years, I cancelled my subscription and it kept coming. At first I
thought it was a fluke or that perhaps I just had a week or so left
but it kept going. here and there I hve had a missed delivery and I
thought maybe the free ride was over but it always resumed the next
day. While I was on vacation someone finally caught the mistake and I
have been without a newspaper since I returned. I tried to convince
myself that I didn't need one, that I could always drop by and get one.
Today I folded, and ordered the ny times. I'm excited even if I am too
dumb to do the crossword even on Monday .

Part duo

Rolling not so first class!
We got on the second part of the journey and victory was in sight
however the train has been delayed by weather and such so it doesn't
look hopeful that we will be making it all the way today. At least we
will be accross the french/spanish border and that is better then we
could have hoped when the day started.

Snafu
Well we didn't have any idea that every train from Paris to Barcelona
is booked up already so we had to go to Montpellier and two hours from
now we hve to mosh pit our way into re seond class part of a train
easing toward pontbou then get off at pontbou and mosh pit
ontobanother train going to barcelona. Wish us luck. The original
plan was to leave Paris tonite On an overnite train oh well I'm sure
the Easter bunny will come thru for us. I just hope we dot end up like
that girl this morning that was pounding on the train door because she
was thirty seconds too late. I might just start wailin like she did.
It is also quit gloomy an rainy here and it is supposed to stay this
way at least for a few more days!

haven't seen one bunny or Easter egg.

We ran unit another passion of the Christ procession so we will not be
entering the church. Oh well no time to cry we have to get bck on the
train.

4/7- cordoba- San sebastin( back thru Madrid )

Phew

Well in theory we have a new flight now thanks to Bo and her
negotiating skilz. It doesn't delay us really besides here at sfo.
Ironically this was the flight that we had before American airlines
changed it from jfk to Miami . Thanks jerks I could be in bed right now.
